Registration Forms

Basic Information

You have three ways of registering and making payment

1. You mail your registration form and cheque by regular mail (ie the traditional way!)
   To do this:
   • Go to registration forms at the bottom of this page
   • Click on the form for the stream you are interested in (e.g. church music workshop)
   • EITHER fill in the form using your computer and at the end click on “print and post/fax” OR go straight to the end of the form and click on “print and post/fax” then fill in the details by hand.
   • Mail your form and cheque – the address is on the bottom of the form
     
     
2. You register either online or by e-mail and direct deposit your payment.
   To do this:
   • Go to registration forms at the bottom of this page
   • Click on the form for the stream you are interested in (e.g. church music workshop)
   • Fill in the form using your computer and at the end click on “send now” or “save and e-mail”
   • Using your internet bank account, direct deposit the amount to the RSCM account.  Be sure to use your NAME as reference
   • Send the email with attached pdf to info@rscm.com.au.
     
     
3. You register online and pay online
   • Go to registration forms at the bottom of this page
   • Click on the form for the stream you are interested in (e.g. church music workshop)
     
   • Fill in the form using your computer.  
     
   • At the “Methods of Payment” section use Paypal or your Credit Card to pay. Be sure to make sure your contact details are correct on the payment.
     
   • Click on “send now”
   • Send the email with attached pdf to info@rscm.com.au.
